Frequently asked questions
General
At Love Yukon, we use both DTF (Direct to Film) and DTG (Direct to Garment) printing depending on the product, artwork, and finish desired.
DTF – Direct to Film
DTF printing transfers your design onto a special film, which is then heat pressed onto the garment. This method works well for bold colours, detailed artwork, and a wide range of fabrics, making it a great choice for custom apparel and durable everyday wear.
DTG – Direct to Garment
DTG printing applies ink directly into the fabric, similar to how a printer works on paper. This technique is ideal for soft-feel prints, fine detail, and full-colour artwork, especially on cotton garments.
Why we use both
Using both methods allows us to choose the best print process for your design while ensuring quality, comfort, and long-lasting wear.
